Server Rules

Rules and Obligations of the Parties:

  • All players must independently monitor changes in the rules.
  • The administration reserves the right to make changes to the server without prior notice to the players.
  • The administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to play on the server for individual users or groups of users.
  • The administration can terminate access to the server for certain users or subnets without explaining the reasons.
  • The account owner is responsible for actions on the account, regardless of who performs these actions.
  • The administration can refuse to provide premium service to any user of the project without explaining the reasons.
  • The administration reserves the right not to respond to repetitive questions from users if they have already been answered previously.
  • The administration is not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of visiting this project (moral, material, physical, or other).

Interaction with the Server Administration:

  • It is forbidden to contact the Administration without extreme necessity. Any contact with the Administration must contain a clear statement of the player's problem or a question regarding the server's operation. The Administration reserves the right not to answer questions.
  • Showing disrespect to the Server Administration is prohibited.
  • Threats, pleas, or requests addressed to the Server Administration are prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to interfere with the work of the Administration.
  • It is forbidden to mislead other players by impersonating the Administration.
  • Spreading rumors and slander about the server, players, and Administration is prohibited.
  • Discussing the punishment imposed by the Administrator is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to discuss the work and actions of the Administration.

Use of Third-Party Programs and Game Process:

  • Unauthorized access to another player's gaming account is prohibited.
  • Threats towards other players are prohibited unless they are part of roleplay.
  • Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are prohibited.
  • Explicit or implicit advertising of other online games or gaming projects is prohibited.

Exploiting Server Errors:

  • Using any server errors (bugs) is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to run with deployed siege kit.
  • It is prohibited to run with the ball during battle (PvP) with other players.
  • Killing monsters when they can't damage the player due to reasons not foreseen by the game is prohibited.
  • If you find a new bug, please report it to the Server Administration via private messages on the forum.
  • Exiting the game during combat (ForceLogout) is prohibited.
  • Creating twin accounts to fraudulently receive bonuses or online distributions is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited for one guild to conduct multiple GvGs a day.
  • Guilds with a small number of active players are periodically deleted.

Conversations, Naming:

  • We urge players to show respect and refrain from using profanity and offensive behavior both in-game and on the forum.
  • It is forbidden to use guild names, abbreviations, or names containing vulgar language, racism, terrorism propaganda, or words associated with the Administration (e.g., GM, Admin, etc.).
  • When creating a character, please refrain from using a name containing reserved words such as GM, Administrator, Admin, ADM, Support, GameMaster, and the like. It is also strictly prohibited to use the nicknames of the Administration.
  • Impersonating a member of the Administration or a trusted person of the Administration is not allowed.
  • Showing disrespectful attitude towards a player's parents both in-game and on the forum is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of profanity and their synonyms in chat is not allowed.
  • Creating characters of alternative races with the intent of provoking players to curse or react inappropriately is also prohibited and will be punishable.
  • It is prohibited to impersonate the Administration or its trusted person (except for GMs and Moderators).
  • It is forbidden to create topics or make public statements like "I'm tired, I'm leaving" or "I've played enough, I'm leaving." If you wish to say goodbye or greet friends, it is better to do so through voice communication programs.
  • Creating self-promotion topics on the forum is punishable. The form and duration of the punishment are determined by the project management.
  • Flooding in forum sections not intended for off-topic conversations is also punishable.
  • It is forbidden to duplicate or create similar topics in different sections of the forum.
  • Re-creating a topic that has been deleted by a Moderator, GM, or Administrator is forbidden.
  • Writing "empty" messages on the forum (without visible characters) is unacceptable.
  • Creating topics aimed at criticizing the server's balance is forbidden. If you have suggestions for balance changes, please create a ticket in tech support or a topic in the appropriate section without claims and demands. Please substantiate your suggestions with facts, not shouts.
  • It is forbidden to disclose user's personal information without their consent, as well as publicly available information found on the internet (for example, on social networks).

Administration Rights:

  • The Administration does not participate in in-game disputes between players, except in cases of rule violations.
  • The Administration does not return items, money, skills, lost due to ignorance of the game rules or unforeseen server rollbacks.
  • The Administration has the right to modify server elements, such as balance, skills, items, etc., as well as these rules without prior notice.
  • The Administration has the right to issue a chat ban, account lock, or account deletion on the forum and/or in the game for defamation against the Administration or the project.
  • The Administration has the right to ban or delete an account without explaining the reasons!

Responsibility for Violation of Rules:

  • A warning is issued for minor violations.
  • Responsibility for violating the rules always lies with the account owner, regardless of who acted under this account.
  • The following types of punishments are provided: chat blocking, account blocking, account deletion. The specific type of punishment is determined by the Administration.
  • In some cases, the offender's IP address is blocked for a period determined by the server Administration, in such cases, all players playing from this IP address are penalized.

Addition to the Rules:

  • The Administration has the right to amend the rules without warning.
  • If a player commits an action that clearly harms the gaming process, but is not directly stipulated in the rules, the Administration has the right to assign the appropriate punishment (up to account deletion). After such a decision by the Administration, the rule will be supplemented and published on the server's website and (or) forum.

Donations:

  • After providing the Additional Paid Service in due quality, the money spent on its purchase is non-refundable.
  • If the service was not fully provided or was provided in poor quality (the balance of the personal account was not replenished or the replenishment amount differs from the calculated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting by email, and receive full compensation for its cost or a similar service. The term for considering claims and refunding money is 15 working days.
  • The Administration does not restore deleted characters or items lost by players for any reasons.
  • All transactions with other players, including trading and exchange, are carried out at one's own risk.

The Project Administration DOES NOT...

  • Does not restore deleted characters.
  • Does not restore lost items, even if the reason for the loss was not your mistake.
  • Does not compensate for lost items or money if you have been a victim of fraud or deception by another player.
  • Does not conduct individual duplication checks. All trades and exchanges with other players are carried out at your own risk.
  • Does not interfere in gaming disputes unless there was a violation of the rules. The Administration considers only cases of violation of established rules and server rules.
